Casino slots arriving Under the Radar this April
Here at Under the Radar we always consider the end of the month a time for reflection, contemplation, deep thought about the big issues in life. In other words; just how good were the new Under the Radar game releases we looked at during March? Plus of course what we can look forward to in the weeks coming up.
But let’s start with few of March’s slot highlights.
A look back at March’s slot releases
There’s nothing quite as Irish as a Leprachaun-themed slot where the element of luck is ever present on the reels and Leprachaun Hills got us right in the mood for St. Patrick’s Day. It’s a video slot that’s as much fun as we imagine a night out with bad-boy lothario Colin Farrell would be.
For sheer beauty of design and artwork mastery, first prize would have to go to Yggdrasil’s Beauty and the Beast slot that in addition to the quality of the graphics, scored equally highly for originality of features, all of which made it one those casino slots you can play for hours on end.
The Under the Radar jury was out about slot suppliers Realistic Games prior to us reviewing their latest slot but they since went up in our estimation after we really enjoyed Time is Money.
Just the one bonus feature to look forward to but when you can secure a multiplier of up to 12x during your free spins, it’s certainly a case of quality over quantity.
For those who spend a while contemplating who will be their next date with the assistance of Tinder, spare a thought for the Prissy Princess, created by Play ‘n Go, who needs to choose her prince from a list of somewhat questionable suitors. One of which is a Dragon.
New slots this month include
Speaking of the Irish, a somewhat well-known brand of Irish Stout uses the tagline ‘Good things come to those who wait’ in their advertising campaigns.
And let’s hope the same applies to the new Naked Gun slot because we were meant to review it in March but will only be able to do so this month after a delay in its release. But much is expected of this new slot by Blueprint, inspired of course by the hilarious 1980-s-90s films by the same name.
If your idea of a lovely meal out is nachos, seasoned chicken strips, sour cream and guacamole rather than fish and chips, you’re almost certainly going to love Senor Burrito, also by Blueprint.
Not only is it one of the most colourful and uplifting video slots we’ve seen in a while, it’s also packed with more features than a Burrito is packed with nostril-opening spicy flavours. This slot really could be a bit special.
We’re also going to have the chance to pay a trip to the Pearl of the Orient. Or Hong Kong, to you and me. Elk Studios, makers of two Under the Radar absolute classics in the form of Wild Toro and Sam on the Beach are releasing Hong Kong Tower this month.
One of the things we know about the slot is that you play different features on different levels of the Tower. Another thing we know is that if it’s any bit as good as the other two Elk Studio games we just mentioned, we’re in for a treat.
Can you work these out?
And as is customary, here are some rather ‘cryptic’ clues about what else will emerge in the LeoVegas Casino Under the Radar in April.
- In the coldest season of the Year red currants or holly growing could be described as being…
- Think of the precious metal they award to Olympic Games winners and add to that the type of animal Kevin Costner was dancing with (well, sort of) in an Oscar-winning film in 1990.
- If in Mexico, you’re a man who does wrestling you’d be a luchador but if you were a woman doing Espanos Planes, Guillotinas and other Lucha Libre moves, you’d be a…
